SHOCKING BULLYING. My son gave a lift to an elderl...

SHOCKING BULLYING. My son gave a lift to an elderly relative to the doctors surgery. The car park is for the doctors surgery only and is free. On arrival the car registration number is entered on the system via a device. It was a new system for this car park. On this occasion allegedly the number wasn't entered correctly and a fine arrived few days later. My son sent proof of the appointment to show proof the parking was legitimate in a free car park . This has been ignored and my son keeps receiving threatening letters. This is utterly disgraceful.
