Roof "finished" and a waterfall appeared over 9 gaming computers causing over 10k$ damage. They came back and "fixed" it... leaked again. This happened multiple times, every one not doing what was told of them each time. Had to open up an insurance claim to cover the damages and that is still not done. It has been almost a year and still not fixed. All we get is a run-a-round and apologies. The only good thing I can say about them is that the lady that when they do show up they are kind and apologetic.... just wish they would fix the problems instead of say "I'm sorry". Just out of curiosity, after all this happened, I contacted 2 other roofing companies just to find out the price we were charged was almost double what it should have been and that the quality of work was not up to the other roofers standards.
