I want to cancel an appointment at the radiology department. I am abroad. I get very long waiting times (10 min and more) while there is only 1 waiting for me. Seems like private conversations. What I find the most annoying is that you can not cancel that appointment online, while we can at a doctor's appointment. I do not understand that in this digital age. Just not customer friendly!
