Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst hospitals in the USA! The staff has no empathy for patients and their families. On several occasions my family and I had to complain and explain how our mother is HIGHLY allergic (which is in her chart) to the meds that the very young nurses would try to give to our mother. I don't think if you are fresh out of nursing school you should be working alone with critical care patients. Our mother's care at Atlanta Medical Center has been the most stressful ordeal we have ever encountered. No bed side manners no type of care or concern for our Dear Sweet Mother. Our Mother hopefully will be transferred soon.
I don't recommend this hospital for anyone. The Dr's were a bit better and kept us informed on our mother.
