My air conditioning went out on a Saturday night . I called on Sunday morning and left a message to be called on Monday to set up an appointment. I waited until 10 am to check and it seems no one knew about my call on Sunday. Melissa has only been there two weeks and couldn t tell me how the phones worked. She was very concerned about our situation and living with temps of mid 80 s. We were given an appointment for Tuesday morning. I m not sure I would have ever gotten a call if I hadn t checked back or how many people were schedule ahead of me.
Update: the call came in at 8:00 am today (Tuesday, Aug 11) saying that Randy would arrive in 5 min, which he did. He and his trainee got right to work and the cold air was flowing by
8:30 am. Randy was very professional and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. A part was ordered to be installed tomorrow, but the air conditioning is working now which is great. Thank you!
