My experience at Advocate Illinois Masonic Behavioral Health Services was average. The staff was friendly, but I felt that the level of care could have been better. The therapy sessions didn't provide the personalized attention I was hoping for. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
