My newly wed wife and I made our honeymoon reservation here weeks in advance. This review is going to require some metrics for context. Check in is between 4pm-9pm. Check out is at 11am. We arrived at 7pm (8 hours after the person who was in the room checked out and only 2 hours before we hit the cut-off for checking in), and told as soon as we paid the full amount of the room they would start cleaning one for us.

We made a reservation for a room that does not exist until you show up and pay for it, then you have to wait for it. In my mind this is self-defeating as far as reservations go. They couldn t make any promises about when it would be ready, just maybe 20 minutes . When I asked to speak to the manager she walked away for a few moments and came back alone. Manager said we could start cleaning the room since you re in the building even if you haven t paid.

THIS is the extent of their hospitality. You get to pay full price for a room, get it for 2/3 of the time you should have, and once you arrive you have to wait around with your bags while it s cleaned. I m AMAZED that this has an average of 4.2 stars. I ve never had service this bad, even at a super 8.
