I love Alpine Fitness and Physical Therapy. I've been able to work with the highly knowledgeable Physical Therapist who offers great advice and instruction. I personally like to workout at smaller facilities that aren't crowded. They offer a wide variety of equipment as well as some equipment that your wouldn't expect to see like speed and heavy bags. I would highly recommend checking them out if you don't like to fight for machines like you do at most franchised gyms
