I am a woman and I wear only backpacks, so from the entrance of the store, the security guard demanded that I put it "on the side" (on the ground with the bags of other customers!), Which I refuse because all my papers / means of payment are there. I indicate to the guard that he can control it at the exit, but he refuses, claiming that it is the regulation. Although he does his job, I ask him to have a little judge because the control of my bag can be done without problem at the exit. But this vigil refuses and tells me that it is for me to think .....
I left angry with the two children who accompanied me and went to spend my money with the leclerc neighbor (with a vigil much more pleasant).

Know that today many women and men carry a backpack. It is a pity to label us as potential thief all because of an accessory. Know that a flight is just as possible with a handbag (but we never annoy these customers).
Remember to review your rules and the behavior of the vigil on Wednesday, November 6 at 14:30, you risk a loss of customers. I specify that all are not like him, during my first visit, there was a vigil with a lot more tact and respectful of the customers, this one had directly proposed to me, either to deposit my backpack, or either to let him control it at the exit.
