Excellent product and service. In my area there is Kodiak and Capital (Kanata). Consistently Kodiak outperforms in cleaning based on examining the quality of the cleaning on my street. I have also noticed that Kodiak seems to appear more often. Kodiak also cleans my parents property, a sprawling 2 acre lot with 2 parking areas. Very well done. Their new email alerts are very helpful as they incorporate the weather forecast and the implementation strategy. The alerts are well written and consistently friendly with warmth aimed at the customer. Well done Kodiak!
