Manager was supposed to hold my room for 5 minute...

Manager was supposed to hold my room for 5 minutes till i go out and bring my husband.I found out right after i left he gave my suite to someone else and it was no more room any kind to get.when we asked him why he said he doesn't know anything about it.We left from Vancouver to Victoria to celebrate my Birthday and stay there for one night.After manager's action i got so disappointed and we decided to take the ferry and go back to Vancouver.It was the worst Birthday ever.i will not travel to Victoria anymore
