Where do I begin? We had to move rooms because of the very loud, disruptive guests next to us. We could not get ahold of any form of customer service support center (which I've now found does not exist). We went from a king to a double room and the new room we were in was non-smoking and smelled of stale cigarettes.the hottub is like bathwater and the pool is cold.
