As we were in Durango before May, the vintage narrow gauge train went only half way up the mountain. Chose the narration car which we enjoyed. Train buffs would love this. It was a 5 and a half hour trip. A little long for us, but we did enjoy it. Box lunches from The Yellow Carrot were excellent and enough for a very hearty appetite.
