Making reservations is simple and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The train ride to Cascade Canyon is great! They offer events through the year such as Polar Express, Pumpkin Patch and the Christmas Tree Train which we take part in. It is a fun ride for the whole family. There is an observation car and a snack car for good drinks, lunch and souvenirs. The break-men come through regularly and explain the area, the function of the train etc. It's great to see the folks in period costume come through and give tidbits of history and stories. It's a great experience.
