American Airlines staffing here are so inefficient. Only one person at check in, and only one at the gate (who only showed up for boarding). And so rude. Wouldn t talk to answer any questions or even look at me. When I stood at the gate counter for over 40 minutes, she finally came and yelled I cannot help you . I am very tempted to write the name of the rude staff who is trying everything to make sure we miss out connecting flight; but don t think it will help her get any coaching from the supervisors. They all seem to be the same.
