I recently took my car to the BMW dealership to replace 2 tires. Soon after I made the appointment Ricky called me to confirm it and said he would be taking care of everything -- and he did. It was good to know who to ask for in advance, and he kept in touch with me through the day to let me know when my car was ready. I've had some not-so-good service experiences - but this one was one of the best!
