Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would. What they told me and what was in the contract were completely different. They added in a $1595 worry free inspection fee, $120 for worry free maintenance ( that's 3 "free" oil changes) and $2995 for a service warranty that I didn't want and was never asked about. Ramon Orozco was my sales person and he'd actually mentioned that he liked to be honest and upfront with customers. Apparently not. I didn't even haggle the price I was originally quoted (and had seen online) because I know everyone's hurting for money right now. And they screwed me anyway. Worst car buying experience I've ever had.
