Hotel located in an exceptional location right in the center within walking distance of times square. The first day they gave us a room on the fifth floor old and cold (slept with 15 degrees) after several complaints the next day they moved us to the seventeenth floor in a dignified and above all warm room! Very comfortable bed and cleaning done every day. Hotel without big claims but good price given the location.
