My roommate works here and he has missed his last ...

My roommate works here and he has missed his last two checks because they randomly stopped coming through direct deposit. Now we're accruing late fees on our rent because he can't get the money to pay it. He has tried to call several different bosses and the payroll department, none of which will answer their phones. Who treats their employees like this? It makes no sense. It should not be this hard to get paid... at a JOB. Completely unprofessional.
