Top quality hotel with some lazy workers. The hotel is beautiful inside, room clean and comfortable. Workers passed the buck and stuff needed wasn't delivered to room, web after going to front desk. A couple of bad apples couldn't spoil the ambience of this place and it just so happen to be in the heart of French quarter. Loved it
