Simply one of the worst Lexus dealerships around in terms of service. I am only writing this review after several less than stellar service at this Lexus dealership. My first bad experience was shortly after buying my car, I visited this dealer to try and get an inspection. I waited two hours only for them to come back and tell me it couldn t be done because the place they take the car to get the inspection was closed. The second experience was after I went to get my first service and they returned my car with no wash or vacuum as I ve come to expect at all Lexus dealership. Most recently I scheduled a 15k service plus interior detail and told the receptionist that I needed to drop car off asked about a loaner and she said no that she didn t have any or that I was qualified to get one. Tried again today to have the same service done (16k) after multiple unsuccessful attempts and again she tells me that they can t provide me loaner car. This is the least customer oriented dealer and the least accommodating. I ll stick to Watertown Lexus. They seem to know how to treat their customers.
