Often times you don't have the opportunity to fully understand whether or not a business is great without some sort of issue.
The buying experience: My wife & I bought a used Acadia from this location, & had a wonderful experience with the salesman (younger guy). It was quick, easy & painless. Even with our three small kids along for the ride, it went as smooth as it could have possibly gone.

The issue: After driving off the lot (most dealerships give you the tail light guarantee - once you're off the lot, you're on your own), we experienced some issues with the car.

The resolution: Long story short - the dealership went out of their way to take care of us and make sure it was right. From the Salesman, to the receptionist, to the manager (Brent?), everyone was understanding, and wanted to ensure we were happy.
This was just a lower-priced (in-between) vehicle for us, but the level of service was still amazing. It's nice to have a dealership that we can trust - We'll be coming back for all our vehicle purchases.
