I am deeply disappointed by the service provided. I instructed the firm in January 2019 on a matter and recently contacted them to enquire as to progress to only be informed that my matter has not been assigned to anyone just yet and is sitting on the pile. This is not the professional standard you would expect from a prestigious firm such as Slater and Gordon and I am seeking other options elsewhere. A client should not have to keep chasing the status of their claim and should be regularly informed as and where there is progress!
