ADVISE TO MANAGEMENT:

ADVISE TO MANAGEMENT:
-Management always keeps trying to maintain a balance which is practically not possible. To do so, they give undue advantages to few of those people who do not perform. Stop giving importance to people who are not performing. They do not deserve to be a part of the company. Please let them go quickly.
-Do not hire people who think giving 5 hours of productivity in a day disturbs their work life balance.
-Good to let go people who are not good for the growth of company, they actually work like slow poison. Dont keep trying to mentor them for long.
-You cannot and should not give equal importance to people who do not perform as expected.
