You pull your vehicle into the service reception area on a tile floor that is spotless there is a half-dozen service reps there that will take care of you. Just as when we bought the vehicle everybody was extremely friendly and helpful asked if I had any questions or needed anything. Waiting area was large and even had a playroom for children.
