Went in for inspection with my 2006 Accord with 160,000 miles on it. Clarissa Parks had helped me with a prior issue (which included cutting back on work that I thought needed to be done - which saved me $$) so I asked for her again. I needed some additional repairs beyond the inspection. She assured me that she did inspect the damaged part and it did need to be repaired, arranged for a car to be loaned to me for the day and made sure that I received a discount based on a coupon I had. I have a great deal of trust and confidence when I deal with her.
