Despite its 5 star hotel rating, I would rate it 3.5 because the hotel has probably aged.

Best to start with the good points, though. Breakfast was great. Food was fresh, the selection spread was much above adequate.

My experience with complaining about is as follows. The shower enclosure water leaks from the floor to the rest of the bathroom. The towels were not very white. They provided 2 sets of bath towels but only one set of the rest of the towels. Controlling the shower was a task since its faucet very stiff (you have to overcome a lot of friction/resistance).
