FANTASTIC customer service. As a female I was mentally prepped to be talking to a male and was pleasantly surprised to converse with another female (Becca then later Sierra) who were very well versed on weapons. I explained the parameters of what I needed, how quickly I needed it and politely wondered if they would really call me within two weeks,....eight days later I returned to make my first purchase ever. I will definitely be returning to conduct more business with them. FIVE plus rating!
