Customer service to shun.
Indeed, when I unpacked my order I realized that a bad product had been delivered (with a value of 16 less).
So I contacted customer service twice but still no response after 2 months. So I advise you not to buy from them simply to avoid their customer service.

Finally, after a few days the situation was resolved. Too bad you have to put a negative opinion to make things happen.
