If you are on a budget and don't mind shared facilities, it's not a bad option. I never had to wait for the toilet or shower even though it is shared with the whole floor. The window AC unit was sufficient and kept the room nice and cold. Towels and linens were changed daily and the bathroom was kept quite clean.
