I recently used this company's platform for a mortgage application process. The user interface was quite user-friendly and made it easy for me to upload all necessary documents. However, the response time from the customer support team was not as quick as I had hoped for. I would suggest that the company works on improving their response time and providing more proactive updates to the customers.
