My experience with Cellular Advantage has been average. The customer service was decent but nothing extraordinary. The prices were fairly competitive and the store was easy to navigate. However, I did encounter a few issues with the phone I purchased, and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable when it came to troubleshooting. Overall, it was an okay experience.
