I have been working at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions for the past five years and I must say it has been a great experience. The work culture is excellent and the company offers a lot of growth opportunities. The management is supportive and encourages innovation. The projects are challenging and help in enhancing one's skills. The only downside is the work-life balance, which can be a little demanding at times. Overall, I would rate the company as great.
