I guess I'm going to have to go this route to get a response. If you're thinking about event insurance, steer clear of this one. We never thought we'd actually need ours but so many friends said "better safe than sorry." We would have been better off elsewhere!

It's been a month since I've heard from my adjuster. Multiple emails have been sent with zero response received. It's been months since I filed a claim. I've been beyond helpful in providing every painstaking detail of my situation. Even going as far as to include very open verbiage in my release forms to avoid any issues with this company getting information from my doctor's and specialists. Last I heard, my claim might be outsourced to an outside adjuster and then radio silence. Zero missed calls, voicemails, or emails. Nothing. For a month.

The last time I heard from my adjuster, I had to call her until I finally got her on the phone. She said she'd call back, she never did. I have always been the one to initiate and chase my adjuster too. My next step is the insurance commissioner. It would be pretty sad if it has to go that far but this is beyond unprofessional.
