Dealing with Evergreen SportsPlex/Adventure Park h...

Dealing with Evergreen SportsPlex/Adventure Park has be difficult from the beginning, I've encountered nothing but problems trying to zipline with them. After purchasing a Groupon, the voucher stated we needed to make reservations to participate. However, the company failed to provide contact information as a part of the Groupon or voucher. After getting on the website to obtain the number, I was still unable to make contact with them.

Reservations using the online booking system weren't able to be accomplished with the Groupon voucher. I also called and left two (2) messages about 3 weeks ago, and as of 10/21/18 have still not received a returned call. On Wednesday 10/17/18, I finally reached an employee who kindly helped me make a reservation to zipline on 10/21/18 at 3pm. This employee also informed me that there was no need to show up more than 10 minutes ahead of time because we'd be waiting for other participants.

When we arrived on 10/21/18 to go zip-lining they were closed. We did not receive a phone call or email informing us of a change to our reservation. While we were there, we tried to call and again, no one answered. We wasted a trip out to Evergreen and $61.50 for the Groupon. If we can't trust the company to communicate with their customers and be open for their scheduled reservations, then I'm hesitant to trust them with my safety on their equipment. If they can't do actions related to customer service, how can I be sure they keep up with preventive maintenance for their equipment.

I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and ease of use of Evergreen Adventure Park/Evergreen SportsPlex.
