Great location... this is the main selling feature, if you ask me. It s also clean and modern with decent-sized room and VERY friendly service, it has a high-end feel with the exceptional staff. I wish there was somewhere to wait when we arrived early to check-in (the cafe strangely was closed by that time)... there is a lounge on the top floor but we didn t feel like hauling our bags up. Generally, it s a really nice stay that puts you pretty much in the action at Times Square but it still has a tucked-away feel.
