It's an Ok place to stay... Stayed JUN 2019

1. Most of the Restaurants you try to book they will say it is full. The Resort is 25% or below Occupancy what i could see with the surrounding people. When it is full season you might not get anything.
2. They will only Give you 3 to 4 Restaurant Reservation for 7 Night stay.
3. Very Bad Room Service, It took them 4 days to find me an Umbrella.
4. Had to Wait about 3 hours to get somebody to open the bathroom door, because it was jammed. To do that i had to make at least 10 calls.
5. Checking in at Night was very bad, Staff did not even smile or say hi to all the people who checked in.
6.Buffet is mostly the same thing for Breakfast and lunch and you have no other options, and with the resort at 20 to 25% full still had to wait in line to get things made very very small burners they have.
7. The Resort Credit of a 1000$ is just a waste of Ink and paper they print it on.
8. DO NOT exchange money in Varadero they Rip Canadians off, and we are 60% of the Tourist biz of Cuba. Havana you will get a better rate. Eg: 100 Cad i received 68.55 CUC in Varadero Airport as well as the Resort... IN Havana 100 got me 73.35 CUC.

10. For the Good Part. ( DEL Mar as the BEST BEACH )
