We ordered and paid for a Chromebook in June. This for our daughter in the first year of high school. Despite many phone calls and emails, some information regarding the 2 months delayed delivery was not forthcoming. The Chromebook that was eventually delivered was a cheaper variant (not touchscreen). Been already 3 weeks to exchange. Today we thought, 2 weeks after school started, that we had arranged things. Unfortunately now it comes with too small a screen. We just can't get through with 3 other children in the class. What a horribly difficult to reach, customer unfriendly and careless club. 1 star because I don't know how to give a half star.
