I bought an used car here. First of all they miswrote my name on the bill, later they told that i had balance for the car i paid off and asked for my receipt again.Lastly, they didnt give the title of the car. I live in another state and I need the title to register the car here. Dmv in California tells me that i have to bring the title to register the car but the company is telling me that the bill is enough and they cannot give the title because of their company s policy. Can u believe? I bought a car and they are not giving the title. I am just waiting to see what will haplen.I cannot drive and registrr the car that i bought. I can only contact and get help from the sales represantative Mohammed who is trying hard to help.
