Half of the enclosures were very lacking, too small with stressed/pacing animals that could not access their hides so the public could see them. Guests were extremely rude and loud and tried touching/grabbing and freezing the animals. Witnessed guests trying to pick up meercats. Rest of the enclosures were quite nice with appropriate enrichment and space, otters, armadillo and rhinos had good enclosures. Big cats (leopard especially) gold and blue mackaws, seals/sea lions, elephants and zebra had awful enclosures. Witnessed female elephant hitting her head against a door and swaying for over 30 minutes.
