I was a regular customer while this store threw me and my family, as well as a six-year-old child.
We buy children's wheelchairs.
After a few days it broke.
We take it back to Elcor and leave it for warranty repairs.
After a while, they sent out that they would not make repairs (Appendix).
Clarify the call - they went: we will not repair or mix.
Very strange on their part, but that's it.
It was very unreliable, because the boy spent more than a month without a wheelchair. If we only knew that no one was going to return it to us - I would buy another one the next day.
And then we have to buy it in another store.
NEVER use again. It's been a year. These idiots don't realize that as one bike they lost a regular customer, they lost much more.
