The customer service was good. They are doing what they need to during this pandemic to keep everyone safe. Although the diagnostics of my macbook air was quite confusing and I dont believe my warranty was applied. When I asked about it they seemed to cut corners instead of giving me a direct answer. To fix my device was going to cost me over $600. I do not believe there was any water damage or any real damage at all. I dont know how my computer broke. I thought at least some of it would be covered. I took it to an Apple Store at Annapolis Mall this past Saturday and they fixed it for free. It is Tuesday and they are already shipping it back to my house by tonight. I dont know how you go from close to $700 to free??? Anyways, besides that misunderstanding, the workers seemed like they are focused on getting the job done at Mac Medics. Although if you only have the regular Apple warranty on your Mac book air and not Apple care+ you are screwed at one of these stores. That is my only hang up about this store.
