Last year right before the holidays got into full swing I had a main water line to my sink in my kitchen break causing the house to suffer water damage particularly to our hardwood floors. It could not have been worse timing as I had just had two back to back surgeries, had some health issues I was trying to deal with while working, the holidays were upon us and our son on his way home for the holidays. Paul Davis made a stressful situation as painless as possible. They took on all of the planning, mitigation and executed all of the work from drying, helping us pick out product, moving us out, replacing and fixing what was needed and moving us back in. They did this in a timely, efficient. affordable and most importantly in a thoughtful and caring manner. They did a great job working directly with our insurance company. They took time to listen in a compassionate and caring way to better establish what was important to us. They were respectful and mindful of our crazy schedules and handled our belongings with care. They are more than a restoration company by the time the job was finished they were like family. Their staff is top notch. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. True experts at what they do. Not only would I recommend them I would absolutely use them again if needed.
