I've been going to YogaWorks Novato for a few months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring, and they always create a supportive atmosphere. The variety of classes keeps me engaged and motivated. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more balanced since starting my practice here!
