I love yoga mountain studio! It offers sanctuary and structure for so many of us. The teachers and students who make up this community are truly exceptional. My body, my heart, and my soul are all grateful to have this studio as a home for health, learning, and evolution!

I can t say enough about this studio. I ve been coming to classes here for over 10years and the intelligently sequenced classes have provided so many cures for my various injuries. This studio, it s instructors and students provide so much enrichment to my life.

My husband and I have been regular attendees of Yoga Mountain for almost a year and a half. It has been a transformative experience for both of us on a physical as well as spiritual plane. Sienna, the owner, has created an environment spiced with just the right amount of everything. All of the instructor's are seasoned and steeped the traditions of yoga. The studio is gorgeous and looks out to a garden. The Yoga Mountain community is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend the studio to all levels and all ages.

I stumbled into the old studio about 5 or 6 years ago and decided to take a few yoga classes. I now have a RYT 200 hour certification and have completed the course for a RYT 500 hour certificate. All this because of the studio, the teachers and the spiritual environment. Yoga Mountain Studio is a great place to help you awaken to your true nature.

Yoga Mountain is so much more than a yoga studio! It is a community of conscious individuals that are on a journey together. The teachers are deeply knowledgeable of the physical asanas & philosophy & every class is such a gift to attend. My practice has grown more in the past year at Yoga Mountain that it had in the first 8 years of practice. I am so grateful to call this place my 2nd home.
