This is our 4th time back. I was somewhat disappointed. The resort looked dated in some areas. You can see they are trying to keep it looking refreshed. There were no lights above the pool tables as an example. You can see at one time they had lights because there were holes in the ceiling. The lighting in the room was very poor also.
My biggest complaint was a $200 charge for a broken glass table top. While we were OUT OF THE ROOM a large wall mirror fell (they were doing work on the floor) and hit a dresser covered with protective glass and broke it. They had to come and replace the mirror on the wall and they removed all the glass from the table top. The day we checked out, they gave us a bill for $200. I disput4ed the claim and they said they will not bill it. However, it was billed on my charge. I am currently disputing the charge with the credit card company.
They employees for the most part were friendly except one lady at the activities desk.
I do not believe I will return again even though we married there years ago.
