PNM is literally trying to bill me twice for servi...

PNM is literally trying to bill me twice for service's that have already been paid for. Due to a disconnect made in there error. These guys are trying to extort me. They disconnected my power in error my wife was talking to them at the same time i was, the representative that she was talking to sent someone reconnect power. She trying calling to say they are sending a tech out while I'm on hold with PNM. So I did not answer wife's call to me. I then finally make payment to rep I was speaking to and asked when will someone be over to turn power on. She said let me submit work order then says wait some is already on there way. What do you mean I said to her. She says some has already put in the work order and a tech is already in route. My wife then tells me what happens. I'm even more made but we figure oh well Bill is payed and power is on. Now I call for balance and find out they changed my account to monthly service and have regernerated bill from last issue and I owe that to along with current bill. How is this Legal or ethical.
