If I could give a negative 5 I wouThis place plays favorites by judging you by your looks or if you look like you have money. No doubt that we do have money but we don t really dress loud like these basketball players and their wives. We came on time for our 9:30 reservation and we waited 15 mins to get seated and they asked us if the rest of our party was coming we stated that it s only the two of us and not sure where they got 4 from. We were then seated at a table literally for 4 but split in half and had to co share with another couple and there was no space to even breathe and the poor couple heard everything we were saying same with them! I was lucky to be 110 lbs and my hubby regular sized I can only imagine if i was more and needed the space, it s our first time and we re friends of Ken from the one in SF so we thought we would give crustacean and try and since we are magnums and premier Landry members at Mastro s and Flemings thought we would try some new things, food was bland and waiter was OK he didn t tend to us until I complained a little and didn t have a manager come to us to ask us about our food and say hello like he did with other tables, I think he knew not to come maybe because he didn t think we had money or didn t look like those people. Very cruel and very judge mental of them probably won t come back, funny thing is I was searching to see if this place would make it for my dinner party for my bday this year since I love it out in sf but we moved to SoCal and not they are crossed out and can t wait to tell Ken about how horrible and terrible customer service they have here.
