I spent $23,000 on a car that broke down on my way...

I spent $23,000 on a car that broke down on my way home. They promised it would be detailed, it wasn't, the said it has remote start, it doesn't. I had to get a cab home after it broke down. They did not offer to pay a cent towards it. Mind you I live 2 hours away from this dealership. They promised they'd fix it the next day. They didn't offer a cent to help with gas for the unnecessary 2 hour trip back the next day. They didn't even fix it the next day. This is the saddest excuse of a dealership. I'm so disappointed. The plug from the shifter panel which was previously there is now gone. They promised they'd fix it. 3 weeks later, nothing...
