For a while I thought customer service was out the window as you can see most places do not give customer service anymore,I had to retract my last review I wrote yesterday to the most positive review I could ever written about any customer service establishment. I went today to Honda world to get my service done on my car and I was not treated like a customer but I was treated like a family member. I explained my situation on Sunday that I was not too happy about the service, Kathy the service representative immediately took ownership of the situation address it with me. It made me feel like I was valued and heard. I want to thank Kathy for making my experience into a negative into a positive. I highly recommend Honda world for any services as again you won't be treated here as a customer but as a family member. Thank you again
